My Transformation Story

I am Chaitali Khamar

Your HEALTHY LIFESTYLE EXPERT.

I am on a Mission to Help Women to Boost Up Their Health as They Age By Good Food (Diet) & Fitness Plans & Help Them to Enhance Their Looks by Image Plans.

During this health journey, I had changed the lives of many people through these makeovers. I customized diet plans for all lifestyle diseases as, Obesity, Menopause, Diabetes, Thyroid, PCOD, Depression, and many more diseases disorders.

I love to help people with these all diseases, but I really feel attached when I work for 40+ women’s who are suffering from Menopause and Depression, who are very much low in confidence due to hormonal balance, as one stage of my life I was also at this stage of low in confidence due to obesity and depression.

My journey starts from here, a few years back I had also faced lifestyle diseases and many more problems. At one time I stood for myself courageously as we have to do our own tasks no one is going to do for us.

I joined a fitness class and proceed further doing the REEBOK GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR course- a very deep in exercise science.it helped me a lot in losing weight.

After that, I studied NUTRITION and proceed for the DDHN -Diploma in Dietetics Health & Nutrition from VLCC-totally deep knowledge of framing diets and medical concepts.

After that, I completed the Diabetic Educator course from Dr. Mohan’s Diabetes Educator Academy.

I also completed my internship at CIMS HOSPITAL, Ahmedabad. I started working as a freelancer Diet & Fitness consultant, where I enjoyed a lot because my clients were getting good results from this knowledge. During my this journey I have given smile to many live who were suffering from the disease.

An Ahmedabad bases Dietician & and Fitness expert and independent consultant who strives to take the confusion of healthy eating. She believes in a philosophy that Diets are just like clothes, should be tailored made because every client is different and there is no one size fits everyone. She works on trainable & cultural vegetarian food diets.
